FAQ
Honest answers, no fluff.
Everything we say here is what we'd tell you on the call. If a question you have isn't answered below, book a call and we'll get to it directly.
The platform
Is AcquireOS a course or a software platform?
Software. Not a course. There's no Skool community, no Discord cohort, no $5K curriculum. AcquireOS is the operating system you log into and run your agency from. There's an optional high-ticket bundle (AAA Foundations / Accelerator / Done-With-You) that includes coaching for operators who want it — but the platform stands alone.
Who is this for?
Agency operators running AI-driven services for SMBs (HVAC, dental, roofing, plumbing, real estate, med-spa, financial advisors, etc). If you're a solo operator looking to land your first 5 clients or a 5–20-person agency standardizing delivery, this is built for you.
What does AcquireOS actually do?
Three pillars wired into one platform: Acquisition (lead sourcing + multi-channel outreach + voice setter that books calls onto your calendar), Delivery (30 AI agents pre-deployed across 35 niches — receptionist, SMS responder, email assistant, booking, follow-up, etc., all branded under your agency), and Retention (multi-touch attribution, white-label client portals, monthly reports auto-generated from real platform data).
How is this different from buying a GoHighLevel snapshot + a course?
GHL snapshots are starting points, not platforms. You still wire up Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Sendgrid, and whatever else yourself — and figure out compliance. AcquireOS is the integrated platform: 10 compliance gates baked in (operators literally cannot launch a non-compliant campaign), pre-deployed agents per niche, white-label portals, attribution. Single login.
Pricing
Why isn't pricing on the site?
Tier fit depends on your acquisition setup, delivery scope, and what your current operator economics look like. We won't list a number that turns out to be wrong for your situation. Pricing is a discovery-call conversation, not a checkbox. Book a call — Reco picks up.
Is there a free trial?
No public free trial. Every operator currently joining is paid. We learned the hard way that free trials in this category attract operators who never deploy. The high-ticket AAA tier (Foundations $1,997 entry) is the closest to a "trial" in spirit — you get full platform access plus structured onboarding to your first close.
Can I bring my own GHL account?
AcquireOS auto-provisions a GoHighLevel sub-account for you under our agency umbrella. You don't pay GHL separately for that sub-account — it's included. If you have an existing GHL setup you want to migrate, we can support that during onboarding.
What about Instantly, HeyReach, Vapi, etc?
Voice (Vapi) + LLM routing (Claude, GPT-4o fallbacks) + lead enrichment + voice synthesis + transactional email are platform-pooled — included. Email outreach (Instantly) and LinkedIn (HeyReach) are bring-your-own-key per workspace because sender reputation is account-locked. You paste your API key and we auto-configure the webhooks behind the scenes.
Compliance + ownership
Is this TCPA / CAN-SPAM / A2P 10DLC compliant?
10 enforcement gates fire automatically before any send touches a wire: CAN-SPAM footer + unsubscribe webhook, TCPA time window per area-code timezone, STOP keyword handler with Claude-classified opt-out variants, A2P 10DLC gate, email warmup score gate, DNC registry check, complaint-rate monitor, domain blacklist scan, GDPR + GPC consent. Operators using AcquireOS literally cannot launch a non-compliant email or SMS campaign.
Who owns the client data?
You do. Your operator workspace is single-tenant — every record carries your workspaceId, every query filters by it, and database rules enforce isolation. If you ever leave AcquireOS, you can export everything. Your SMB clients' data lives in your workspace, never bleeds into another operator's view.
Can my SMB clients see the AcquireOS brand?
No. White-label client portals are branded under your agency name + custom subdomain. Your client logs into clients.youragency.com and sees a portal with your colors, your logo, your domain. AcquireOS stays invisible.
What happens to active campaigns if I cancel?
Active campaigns are paused on cancellation. You retain read-access to your data + reports for 30 days. After that, data is exportable on request. Your SMB clients on white-label portals lose access at the same time as you.
What's built vs not
Is the platform ready for production today?
Yes for the core flows: workspace provisioning, agent deployment, voice + SMS + email channels, multi-touch attribution, white-label portals, billing, AI Copilot (Atlas), monthly client reports. We launched in 2026 and are onboarding the first wave of paid operators now. See live platform status.
Where are the case studies + testimonials?
We launched in 2026. We don't have years of MRR-figure case studies yet, and we won't fabricate stock-photo testimonials. The first wave of operators is onboarding now — their real names, real niches, and real numbers will live on this site as they happen. Read more about what we won't do.
What's NOT built yet?
Some Phase-2 features are post-launch: insurance + RE + mortgage + financial-advisor verticals, a public Apollo-style search dashboard, Slack/DocuSign-tier integrations, deeper Meta/social-app onboarding. The current build covers the high-ticket-ready niches.
Who's behind this?
Reco Jefferson — solo founder, longtime agency operator. Built AcquireOS solo, no VC, deliberately so the platform stays operator-aligned not investor-aligned. Read more about why this exists.
Support
How do I get help if something breaks?
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes — every paid tier includes guided onboarding. AAA tiers (Foundations / Accelerator / Done-With-You) include progressively more hands-on coaching. AAA Done-With-You is built for operators who want Reco's team to run setup with them, not at them.
Still on the fence?
Book the call. Reco picks up, we walk through your situation, and you get tier fit + a real walkthrough of the dashboard.
