AcquireOS is built for global operators. This page explains how we support the rights granted to data subjects under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Your Rights

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — see what data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — take your data with you in a portable format
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing of your data
  • Right to restrict processing (Art. 18) — limit how we use your data

How to Exercise Your Rights

If you are an operator (our direct customer)

  • Access / Portability: Settings → Export Data downloads CSV or JSON of all your data.
  • Erasure: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace starts the 30-day retention window.
  • Other requests: email privacy@getacquireos.com; we respond within 30 days.

If you are a data subject of one of our customers

Your agency operator is the data controller of your personal data. Contact them first. If they cannot assist, forward your request to privacy@getacquireos.com with the operator's name and we will route it.

Data Processing Addendum

Operators can review our Data Processing Addendum which sets out the controller/processor terms, incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and lists our security commitments.

Data Protection Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Without limiting that right, you may also contact our EU representative at eu-rep@getacquireos.com.
