How to Exercise Your Rights
If you are an operator (our direct customer)
- Access / Portability: Settings → Export Data downloads CSV or JSON of all your data.
- Erasure: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace starts the 30-day retention window.
- Other requests: email privacy@getacquireos.com; we respond within 30 days.
If you are a data subject of one of our customers
Your agency operator is the data controller of your personal data. Contact them first. If they cannot assist, forward your request to privacy@getacquireos.com with the operator's name and we will route it.
Data Processing Addendum
Operators can review our Data Processing Addendum which sets out the controller/processor terms, incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and lists our security commitments.
Data Protection Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Without limiting that right, you may also contact our EU representative at eu-rep@getacquireos.com.
